Good while it lasted post - pt2
As I can’t comment on my previous post, here is an update to my progress with Weelee’s after service.
I was contacted by Jonathan to assist with my original complaint. I was initially more than happy to remove my hellopeter review after I got what I needed from Weelee, but I won’t be removing my review anymore as I was asked. I’ll tell you why, I believe all is fair in love and war.
Although Jonathan initially assisted me in sending the papers I requested, again, thank you Jonathan for that, I had to follow up with him more than once to get information re the license disc. (WhatsApp chats available). My 1st message was read and not responded to, my follow up message to Jonathan, he said he will follow up. Sadly, Jonathan did not get back to me on it as I later received a SMS that specific day, letting me know that the disc is available for collection. This was not from Jonathan though.
I wasn’t happy with, but willing to oversee it, here comes the turning point for me.
I got to Weelee last night to collect the license disc. The lady I had to collect the documents from was so short, and blatantly rude. I did not get her name unfortunately. She was typing on her PC, details from my drivers license, and after she asked me why she can’t find my details, I explained to her why she wasn’t going to find the car details on my ID no, she shook her head in disgust at me and whipped herself around to look through a pile of documents. When she eventually found it, she asked me to write my details on the document and sign it, which I did on the back of the paper (she did not specify where to ink my signature). I handed it back to her whereby she glared at me, gave it back to me and rudely said “sign the front.” After all of this I still polotely thanked her and greeted her goodbye, she ignored me.
As mentioned, I’m not removing my hellopeter post. Thank you for your part assistance in helping.
Both of my reviews about Weelee is not in any way to bad mouth, slander or any other negative connotation, but merely a denotation to my personal experience.
