From the first contact to the last one, they were helpful, friendly and informative. Two days after the first message, I receive confirmation of a bid on my vehicle. This was followed up by another two messages of the bidder, the amount bid and when they would contact me. I was contacted again to find out if the bidder had contacted me. The bidder drove to Pretoria from East Rand as I have a broken leg and can't drive. They drove the car, inspected it and did a diagnostic test. We discussed the financed, agreed, signed the documents and two hours later the money was in my bank account. This is the first time I have felt comfortable with a transaction like this.
