Dream to nightmare. Car is faulty.

Their team is great but their product is ****.

I bought a Honda civic from them in February 2026, it broke down 2 days later. I am now busy paying back a loan while the car is collecting dust. Tried getting the car fixed, was quoted 19k from an official dearlership. Who knows what else will need to be fixed after this. Tried talking to Weelee, was told "we will get back to you".

Instead of celebrating my first car ownership, I am feeled with regret and disappointment. The car is already a money pit.

Would I ever buy a car from WeBuyCars? Never Would I ever buy a car from Weelee? Never

My advice => Save money, then buy new. Even if you buy a weak car brand. Pretty sure it is better than taking a gamble with Weelee or WeBuyCars.

Bought a honda from Weelee in February. Got assistance from the sales person Ismael, a very kind gentleman.

The car did have some minor issues that their after-sales agent Desmond Gwangwa helped me resolve in a timely matter. There will always be issues with a used car, there is just no way around it.

I give weelee staff 100% for their service. 5 Star
