Dishonest dealings

I recently bought a Ford EcoSport from weelee. They added charges of around R5200 for smash and grab. This was not done at all. They admitted the mistake but are now giving me the run around about actually installing the the smash and grab. They further charged me around R8000 to replace the Cv joints for the car to pass dekra, after having the car on a lift today to upgrade the exhaust, I found the only the CV boots were replaced. This is dishonest and down right ********. At first they were very helpful until the sale was made. It is a second hand car and I have no issues with the condition of the car itself, I wasn't expecting a new car at all. What I do however expect is to get the extras that I paid for. I have already lodged a complaint with the ombudsman.
