Disappointing second purchase

I recently purchased my second car from Weelee, having had an excellent experience with my first purchase. The first time, I received outstanding service from Waldo, who provided the best assistance I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience did not meet the same standard.

We purchased an Opel from Weelee, and while the financial process went smoothly, the service in other areas was disappointing. We were informed that the car would be ready for collection on a Saturday, and as we live about an hour away, we made the trip, only to find that the car was not ready. A simple message informing us not to come would have saved us the unnecessary trip.

We were later told the car would be delivered, but it arrived two days later than initially promised. Upon receiving the car, we noticed that the license disc had expired in April 2024, leaving us with a car we cannot legally drive. Additionally, the car had not been properly cleaned, unlike my previous purchase experience.

I am deeply disappointed with the service we received this time around, especially in contrast to my first experience.
