Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Weelee when attempting to sell my car. I wanted to sell my car and approached two companies for a quote – We Buy Cars and Weelee.

The service I received from We Buy Cars was exceptional. They followed up promptly, provided a quote on the same day, and were generally very accommodating and professional.

In contrast, the service I received from Weelee was extremely disappointing. The person I dealt with was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I had to follow up a week after my initial inquiry to get the actual price for my car. This lack of communication and delay in providing a quote was unacceptable.

I had high expectations for the service provided by Weelee, but I was let down and frustrated by the experience. I believe the level of service I received did not meet the standards that a reputable company like Weelee should uphold.
