Customer Frustration - Poor Aftersales Service
I bought a vehicle from Weelee Centurion in April 25 (Outright payment). the payment included the registration. Four months down the line the vehicle has not been registered. The fuel tank cover of the vehicle were also supposed to be fixed and it has not been done. My mistake was to have taken custody of the vehicle believing the promise from Weelee that the registration and the repair will be done. No one is really taking responsibility after they got the money. it has been back and forth communication between the sales team and their licensing department. Despite the fact that the issue was reported to the Sales manager there is no resolution yet. As I write this review I have not received the car papers to do the registration myself. After weeks of arguments I have decided to report the case and return the vehicle since there is no progress. @Jeff and @Moe from the Sales team I am extremely disappointed in the service
