The was a moment of great service and that moment quickly went down the drain. Weelee lost all control of the sale once the dealership was introduced and I had multiple Weelee agents calling me making me wonder why are there multiple people dealing with one sale. It was calls after calls and they were not communicating so they were all asking me about the same thing. Once the sale was finalized all hell broke loose because the dealership was also calling me now, and I had to manage that process as well, making me wonder once more who is going to take care of me in this confusion. I was on my own essentially and felt like I might have as well sold the car privately on my own instead of using Weelee. They were just as lost as I was in the end as the dealership they chose to buy my car bul**** me into releasing the car before the payment cleared. Weelee was nowhere to be found infact the calls I received were of them being annoyed with me for not wanting to release the car. There was no process set in place for this and we live in SA where ***** is rampant yet I was expected to juts release the car before payment had been received from a dealership that was from out of town my due and would not have had a way to track them down should they have taken the car and reversed the payment. This whole experience was a nightmare, I almost got locked up by the police as well taking the car to the buyers across provincial lines during a lockdown and that was me being cooperative but it was really not even worth it but I did it. I have not heard from Weelee since, they pretty much found a buyer and then created havoc??
