Centurion weele holding deposit

On the 27th of February I was interested in a vehicle. On the 29th of February I was forced in to paying a holding deposit. I had no issue with this as there was no indication of me not getting a refund if I should change my mind. After consideration of the vehicle and broaching through there site to weigh my options, I decided to change vehicles as it would suit my families needs more. I then asked my nephew to go and have a look at the vehicle as I am plus minus 380 to 450km away from the dealership. On the web sights photos of the vehicle it looked in a very good condition. But when my nephew whent there (who is a qualified mechanic) he took close up picture and made videos of the terrible state of the vehicles interior, seat brackets broken, a/c not functioning, suspensions terrible state and more. When I obviously decided not to take the vehicle. So I asked for a refund. The salesman then send me a whats app that there is no refunds on holding deposits. When I asked him to deliver any kind of proof where he informed me of this policy and where I acknowledged it, he had no proof of any kind. I send him a whats app to let his manager of supervisor contacted me regarding this matter, with no luck. Weelee needs to contact me asap as this is unacceptable.

Here is all the details: 1st vehicles stock code: SI-004637 2nd vehicles stock code: SI-006877 Salesman: Clint Branche: Centurion 1st whats app reference no: LD-4259 2nd whats app reference no: LD-5659

Hi Weelee

It's now the 12th of March and no one has phoned or whats app me yet. I feel you put an automated massage on hello peter just so that other people can see that you respond. I gave you all the details so there is no reason why you can not get in contact with me. It's been a long time since I've experienced such bad service. And I will definitely be in contact with the ombudsman.
