Car Issue

Kindly note that I have been experiencing continuous issues with the vehicle since the date of purchase. The car has spent a significant amount of time in the workshop.

It was first booked in during November and only returned to me in December. It was then booked in again at the beginning of January and returned at the end of February. Unfortunately, it has now been taken back to the workshop once more, as the ECU requires replacement. I have been waiting for the past two months without any resolution or clear timeline.

In addition, although the suspension was reportedly repaired, the vehicle is still making excessive noise when driving on gravel or paved surfaces. I have raised this concern, but I have been informed that the issue cannot be identified.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as I have had very limited use of the vehicle due to these recurring faults. I kindly request urgent intervention and a permanent resolution to these issues, as well as clear communication on timelines.
