Can Weelee confirm when will I be able to use the vehicle they sold me?

From the last 6 months since I purchased the vehicle, the vehicle is with them half the time. Despite of reminders and follow-ups, I still do not know when will I be able to get my vehicle back, if I get it back. The money is gone, as well as the vehicle. The response to my previous reviews is that they escalated the matter internally but I keep suffering. Can Weelee confirm when will I be able to use the vehicle they sold me?
