Buyers beware, you will on your own after the purchase

They sold me a defected vehicle without disclosure, in fact on false assurance that the vehicle has no defects and I have protection through CPA. I picked one defect after other which they refused to repair citing one excuse or another. After rounds of follow-ups and multiple visits to their center, they took it for repair but never returned. Neither there is any response to phone calls or emails, apart from message that the matter is escalated internally, and someone will contact me which never happened.

At present I neither have a car, nor money, nor any timeline when I will have a resolution.

Buyer beware, you will be on your own after the money is paid. Check the previous reviews from other buyers (not sellers), you will find the same experience from almost everyone.

I was told that they are overwhelmed with such request and therefore dont pay attention to them which is a reflection of the quality of their vehicle as well as their attitude towards after-sales. The organization is run on the principle of ignoring customer request.

If you make a purchase, you will be the one suffering, not them.
