Bad service for overpriced vehicles.
At Weelee you will receive lie after lie. They promise an 80-point check and repairs on the cars they sell. they tell you that they will give you the best trade in for your vehicle. In the end they will offer you half the price that We Buy Cars offer you, and they will sell you a car that is R20 000 over retail value. When you try to contact them, they WILL ignore you, and although they sell you a warranty with the car, they will not give you the details of the company supplying you with the warranty and therefore prohibit you from claiming repairs from this warranty. I bought the car there two days ago and was promised that the car was in good running condition. after driving away, I realized that the keys they gave me had no batteries in and I could not enable the alarm. I have sent two messages to try and find an acceptable manner in which we could solve the problems, but no one is responding to my calls or WhatsApp's. According to supa quick the car has major damage to its chassis that needs to be repaired, including worn brake pads, ball joints, shocks, play on the steering column, and many more. Now I ask did they actually do a roadworthy on the car, or did they pay someone to issue the roadworthy certificate without looking at the car? I will never trust this dealer again.
