Bad experience with Weelee

My daughter purchased a used Renault Kwid from Weelee in centurion. She took delivery of the motor vehicle on the 21st December 2024. She only drove the car from Weelee to our home. To date we have not received the license registration for the vehicle. Hence she didn't want to drive around with a temporary number plate. As per the sales person you can drive the motor vehicle 21 day's before it expires. But she drove the car for the 2nd time to go the shop today. Not even 3km the car just stopped..... We had to call road side assist from king price. They were helpful. My question is that wen the sales person showed us the motor vehicle he said it is road worthy dekra approved etc. If it was dekra approved went for service. What's the fault now Did the sales person know that the car is faulty. It's my daughters first owned car and what a bad experience. Am I the only one complaining. Are there other people who purchased a vehicle and had similar experience. I also wanted to point 👉 out that they gave her finance with a financial institution I haven't heard of. Please be upfront or do you think that woman should be treated like idiots or taken for a ride. Weelee never again will we purchase a vehicle from you The sales person who assisted Prenashka Naidoo. I need answers. I need vehicle registration papers how do you give delivery off the vehicle without registration papers. Bitter experience. Weelee pull up your socks
