Firstly compared to other dealerships this was a very personal and caring experience. The moment I stepped into the shop I was assisted within 2 minutes. There were 2 cars that stood out but I am a very indecisive person and Tshegofatso at the Midstream dealership walked and helped for HOURS searching for a car. We finally landed on a car and negotiation was well done and the car very clean after we got it in less than 4 days. There were minor defects that were not on the car when purchased but was fixed promptly on request and inspection with no hassle. Tshegofatso is one of the best sales reps on their team.
