After putting in my inquiry online, Heinrich contacted me and made and asked when I'd like to meet to show him the car. I wasn't ready to sell immediately, I told him that and he accepted it without pressuring me which I liked... Once I was ready shortly after that, he made an appointment to see the car. He arrived promptly, gave me the exact amount that I wanted, did the paperwork in a few minutes and they paid me. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. What a pleasure!
