If you live in the PE region do not use this company! I contacted them in October 2018 to do a repair, I had to beg them to even quote on the job. I have the 18 emails I sent to the lady in the office, plus the calls that were never responded to. Absolutely disgusting especially as I had aleady paid for the call out fee. Everytime I called they said "we will have a meeting on Monday" to discuss schedule. I asked numerous times to talk to the manager/owner NO RESPONSE!!!!!! Finally the job was done 4 months later and they had to return to fix their #$%@#$ up's after 5 calls. Then the next day got hassled for outstanding payments...what a laugh...felt like telling them to wait for my Monday meeting, but I am not like that and paid on time. After leaving another message with the boss, still being ignored. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL NEVER GET THEM BACK TO FIX THEIR MESS UP'S UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO BEG!
