Apparently a top spa..... Don't waste your time.

Tried to book a massage for a friend and I on 8 March, but available times were not suitable. Asked for a slot on 14 March and was told by the manager that we'd have to have our massages back-to-back because they've only booked one the******. I ask if he can allocate his staff accordingly so we can have our massages together and apparently this is not possible. How is a popular spa not able to offer a couples massage on a SATURDAY where the manager has a whole month to ensure you have 2 the******s to provide the treatment? Absolute garbage! What a putrid level of service!
