Terrible service from newly owned couple in hiring

I run an events coordinating company.I always used Weddings-etc as my preferred supplier for hiring items. With the previous owners, Karen and Johan, I had no problem.Until Leslie and Corne took over the company! I have never received such terrible service.Quick to take your money but under deliver on their promises! I paid in full before the event and all items were delivered.When I arrived at the venue on the Saturday, I was horrified to see what was [URL Removed] incorrect items, broken items and wrong quantity.When I called for them to fix this problem, I got the worst attitude ever from Corne. When her husband, Leslie, dropped off the new goods he apologised for his wife's behaviour and bad service and told me to email him with all wrong items to get a refund and deposit back.Needless to say, 1 week later of unreturned calls and no response to email, I sent them a letter stating if I did not receive a response by end of business that day,he will be receiving a letter from my attorney.Suddenly I get a response stating I must send my attorney.My attorney did so and still no response! Nothing! The attitude and way I was spoken to was horrific! NEVER USE THEM!PLEASE PASS ON!
