Amazing Service and Attitude

I contacted Karen a few months ago to ask her to assist in the making of our brides****s dresses. The fitting was a very comfortable, yet professional event, Karen even managed to handle one very rude brides**** and get her to smile at the end of the fitting. <br> On her website it is clearly stated that when dresses are made at different times the colour of the dye batches may differ - resulting in slight colour differences in the dresses. I was aware of this and since Karen had done such a wonderful job with the first 4 dresses we approached her to make a fifth dress. We explained our situation and Karen was more than willing to assist us within our time frame to the best of her abilities with finding the colour material that matched our existing dresses. She spent time looking far and wide and eventually found the material that was an exact colour match. <br> The dresses look stunning and I could not have asked for a better job than what I received from Karen.<br> Truly the definition of amazing service and going the extra mile to keep a customer happy :)
