No refund no apology

<p>In December 2016 I went to the wedding warehouse to rent some wedding decor accessories. I had a good experience being there and the order went well. I even forgot to include some stuff on the order and emailed them. They were very efficient and responded to my email within an hour. They were supposed to fetch their material from my place on 3 January 2017. The third came and I called them to confirm pick up, they told me their drivers were not around. No apology. Then on the 4th they arrived at my house without notice. I was not around. No communication from the company. They finally picked up their stuff later that day. Since that day I have been calling them regarding my refund for a breakage deposit and it has been 7 weeks, 6 calls and three emails and no response from them. Every time I call them they tell me to talk to Louis who is never in the office. They don’t even care to apologise or to ensure that they communicate to that person to institute a refund. I am tired of this company</p>
