Payed for order that was never delivered

I'm not one to complain, never mind name & shame but here we go. The Wedding Trolley & Co I've spoken and given you a second chance and now I'm over it! When planning for a wedding the last thing I want to do is argue and fight for a product I ordered and paid for almost 2 months ago. You've had every excuse in the book imaginable and have even ignored loads of my messages. All I wanted was to support a business and spoil my brides****s and all I've gotten is some extra stress on my back. I was told my order would be done by the first week in October, then the end of the second week of October which didn't happen either. 20th of October you never had the colours of my gowns and asked me to change them. I then gave you a second chance after you *****ing me around a million times(my biggest regret). Then I was told to come collect my order on the 30th of October which on said day you changed my design because you were too scared to do my original design. On my way to collect my stuff you asked for more time as you hadn't finished and I gave you an extra 50 minutes and arrived to only receive 2 out of my 4 gowns and no slippers. Well it's now 2 weeks later and barely a word from you as per usual on when I will receive the rest of my stuff I paid for.

Any future brides if you're cool with barely any communication and things being changed last minute please use them, otherwise rather find someone else.
