Warning to Wedding Couples

I am absolutely appalled by their service. I requested to purchase underplates by a specific deadline for my wedding. They said that they could definitely help if I make payment immediately (which I did) and I arranged for either myself or my mother to collect the items by the Friday before the wedding, on the Sunday. On the Friday 19 March I couldn't get hold of anyone on all their numbers. Eventually I got hold of a lady and she said I must collect on Saturday between 10 and 11am. I changed all my appointments to be able to make it still having my grandmother's funeral to attend travelling back from KZN. On Saturday when I was ready to collect, they said they don't have my order for the underplates and have agreed to refund me. I had to find the underplates the day before the wedding from another seller which messed up all my prior arrangements for finalizing our wedding. It is now countless emails, phone calls and messages later that are being ignored, or when we eventually get hold of them, we are told they are busy refunding us. But we don't receive proof of payment or given a '5 business day' excuse. Guess what, it has been more than 5 business days.

I will never recommend them to anyone. Don't trust them with your money. They make false promises when you place an order.
