Tracey-Ann Pienaar ******* of Wedding Essentials

Myself and 14+ other Graphic Designers & Editors have worked for Trace-Ann Pienaar from Wedding Essentials and Essential Groom Magazine, and we were all ****med by her.

She would give you a little bit for your first 2 weeks or month's work, and promises to pay the rest on the next pay day. Most of us gave her the benefit of the doubt and trusted her. Once it came to the next pay date, she would be full of excuses as to why she cannot pay, and once we decided but enough is enough she got nasty and threatened us with her lawyer etc.

Some of the employees went to CCMA and did not exceed due to Tracey really getting nasty and saying that she will take this further. I did succeed with my case at the CCMA and won the case, and the next step from there was the Ombudsman that went to her house to claim anything that was worth the money she owed me, but she said that nothing in the house were hers and it belonged to her friend, so he could not get anything worth our while.

We even have tried Carte Blanche, but not everyone is willing to talk, so it's too little interest, so they said sorry they can't help us either.

She is still doing this, at least once a month we hear of another victim that she has ****med. We have posted everywhere we can to warn potential people of what she's doing, and that's how they get hold of us. Everyone is hard up for work, and Tracey makes it sound like this is your dream job, so they fall for it at first.

What can we do to stop this woman? This has been going on since 2016 already. She just keeps on moving house to avoid people getting to her, at the moment she is in Kempton Park, JHB.
