This period is supposed to be the happiest ever as my older sister Nox is getting married on the 25th of March 2017. It is now very stressful and we have Natasha the owner and her mom Nancy who is her assistant to thank for it. My sister chose the dress she liked together with three flower girls dresses of which two of them were not available also with the bride's dress. We were informed by Nancy that once the deposit of R3500 is paid, they will place the orders and within two weeks all the dresses will be available. The deposit was paid on the 31st of January 2017 and to our surprise the dresses were not available second week of February as promised. Since then,it has been a string of empty promises and with the wedding taking place in two weeks time we still sitting here without the bride's dress and also flower girls dresses are no where to be found. Due to the fustration, we have asked for the deposit back as promises have been broken countless times and my sister was told it will be sent electronically to her account and that also was just that an empty promise. Both Natasha and Nancy have resorted to not answering any of our calls nor replying to any of the texts sent to them by our family pleading for thr deposit back inorder for us to look for last minute alternatives. This is really fustrating and unacceptable as we thought we were dealing with professionals and even their shop displays professionalism. We can't keep supporting businesses managed by people who are inconsiderate and without humanity.
