Wedding Dress Nightmare

Absolutely terrible experience!! This shop is located in Bedforview in Key West Shopping Centre and is owed by Darren Joseph. I'm getting married in October and I paid him his money last year but it has been nothing but excuses. I have not been allowed to see/approve my fabric and have been asking for feedback regularly about when I can see it before he starts. Now he has apparently started with my wedding dress (no fabric approval) but has shown no proof of this. He appears professional until you actually need to start going for fittings or requesting to see what you are apparently paying for. After countless messages and meetings, he continued with empty promises and excuses about how it will be ready on time and there is plenty of time. Apparently he will only do the FIRST fitting 3 weeks before the wedding. My sister used him last year for her dresses and her brides**** dresses were either broken or had an oil stain on it when we collected them the day before the wedding. Her wedding dress still had pins in it 4 days before the wedding. She was then called a "fussy bride" because he changed her design and refused to admit his mistake. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had! He is rude and arrogant and I am surprised his business is still open after all the complaints I have heard!
