Bad service, lack of professionalism.

Hello Peter. We ordered a personalised wedding aisle runner from the above company about a month ago and made full payment, we have not received a draft that was promised to follow soon after payment and our emails to them are being ignored. I have made a telephonic enquiry and was told that the draft will come through over weekend but we have received nothing since. This is poor client services on the last degree. We would atleast appreciate communication if they are expiriencing problems. This is unacceptable.
