Unprofessional service

I ordered cards with We Creatif for my wedding. I paid for the cards in full. However, prior to the printing of the cards I had to cancel the order as my wedding could no longer happen due to covid. On requesting a refund from the company owner I understood that I would have to pay the design fee as effort was put into designing the cards. However, I was sent an invoice statement stating that I would get minimal amount of my money back and would still be charged for the printing of all of the cards. I could not understand this as 1. The printers had not printed any of the cards, 2. None of the paper had been used, and 3. No further work had been done apart from the designing of the cards. The company owner proceeded to respond back passive aggressively to me, stating that "I should contact a lawyer" if i am unhappy. She said that I had received a product when all I had received was one sample card (see screenshot below). I then requested to get the blank cards back as she said it was paid for and could not be refunded - I received a wad of inferior quality card compared to what I had chosen and paid for. I am extremely disappointed and appalled that a company could treat their clients in such a way. I have also not ever been spoken to so rudely. I do not recommend using this company for any event.
