STATEMENTS AND BC NOTICES NOT RECEIVED FOR MONTHS

I have not received statements and body corp notices for months, before SAILPROP had this system, I received notices and statements for years, no problem. All I get now is delivered, not opened and no read receipts from SAILROP. They can now just email me statements and all notices "the old fashioned way"
