WeChat #GreenFriday Sale

I have tried to contact WeChat South Africa via their Facebook as well as Twitter accounts but have not received any sort of feedback. I attempted to purchase a Xbox One on Friday 25 November 2016 via the WeChat App, i was number 720 in the queue. I was in the queue for roughly 1hour then i was taken to the Reserved Screen, i was then on that screen for roughly an additional 15 extra minutes. Eventually i was got a but saying that there was a unit in stock, i then selected the button displayed and was taken to a screen to capture my delivery details. Once i had completed this process there was another button to go to step 3 of 3 (this would have been the checkout so that i could complete payment), however upon selecting the button i was then taken back to step 1 of 3, and had the reserved button greyed out again. i was stuck there for about 30 minutes before the reserved button eventually changed to out of stock. The evening there was a new QR code on the WeChat website where people who had failed checkouts could complete their checkout, when i attempted it said that i was not eligible. I am unhappy about this as i was supposed to be on the checkout then the app crashed or something happened on the wechat side as i had selected the option to checkout before the error on their side and now i can't get hold of anyone for any sort of feedback. I have sent numerous messages asking for assistance but have not even received a HI reply. They were quick to take R2 from hundreds of thousands of people to register their wallets but now nobody is getting assistance. This sort of service or lack of it makes me wonder if this was a **** to **** as many people out of R2 just to profit wechat.
