******** Promotion

In the December Cover issue of the Stuff magazine you advertised a number of promotions for products purchased through WeChat.

One of these promotions was to purchase a Xbox one with two controllers and a Fifa 17 for R2999 (“The Xbox”).

You indicated on this adverti*****t that the offer to purchase the Xbox would become available on 25 November 2016.

In anticipation of this offer I logged into my WeChat wallet at 10:30pm and scanned the QR code on the print adverti*****t - on doing so my wallet displayed that the offer was sold out. Now obviously it cannot be sold out on 24 November when it should have only become available on 25 November 2016- see the attached screen shot indicating the the offer is sold out. Your offer to purchase was ******** and I will be reporting you to the Consumer Protection Commission should you not deal with this before close of business on 25 November 2016. Obviously this was a marketing initiative to procure more WeChat user without the intention of honoring your obligations to customers.
