Failed Transaction Still Billed

<p>2 months in a row now, I have had endless trouble using the purchase prepaid electricity feature in WeChat. The first attempt locked out my Verified by Visa feature and I had to wait for this to be rectified before I could use my card again. Now the second month, they fail the transaction in the app but still deducted the funds from my account with no reversal 2 hours later. Tried emailing their support mailbox and get a bounce back stating the mailbox is full, now there is an indication of a failed customer support service and poor application.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want the funds reversed so I can remove this application from my phone and be done with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Transaction Refrence is BIHAOqk28r</p>
