Superb customer service

I recently purchased an Amazon Echo from WeCanGetIt and was very satisfied with their service. The owner (Etienne) made personal contact with me after there was a slight delay in the shipping of my order. He almost immediately responded to every single message of mine and he really went out of his way to make up for the delay, by refunding me the shipping cost.
