GOOD SERVICE
I ordered a new Kindle. It did take a day or so longer than I would have preferred but I was kept up to date on what was happening. I received my product in good condition and had no problems with my order.

10 Jan 2023, 11:21Hi Lee-Anne, thank you for the 5 stars! I apologise for the slightly slower than expected delivery. I looked into your order and I see we did deliver on day 5 , which is well within the advertised time of 3-7 days. We'll try harder next time to get it to 3 days :)
