Rude and disrespectful

Yesterday I had an interaction with one of the people who works at Webzone Internet Cafe on WhatsApp and he had the audacity to tell me ukuthi ngingamjwayeli kabi, I don’t know who’s the owner of this aspiring business but I’d really like to know if this is how s/he trains his/her staff to talks to people?? I even sent my sister to work there for a day cause I’ve always known the business to be people oriented, I’m now even wondering how was she treated and talked to if that guy was able to talk to me an elder like that. I’m still in disbelief even now on how rude that guy was to me. And I wasn’t even asking anything personal, I just wanted him to direct me to another guy who used to work at Webzone. But ke it is what it is.
