Do NOT sell your textbooks thro them!!!

Do NOT become a seller on webuytextbooks.co.za I found this website that is a market place for university students to buy and sell textbooks. On the buyers side it seems easy and straight forward. However as a seller it's impossible to sell your books on the site! (Important to note, this is the SA version, the original version is from the UK, I cannot speak on its legitimacy but SA version is TRASH) They claim it's easy and as soon as an order is placed, they will collect the book and send it yo the buyer and you get your money. But that's not the case. There is 0 help nor explaination on HOW to ship your order once it's place. The website controls are abissmal, theres no easy way to move around or put in relevant shipping details, update progress, mistakes, track orders There is absolutely no help or customer service to explain the process abd simply say contact the buyer to facilitate sale. Meaning all the shipping costs and admin falls in you and/buyer to figure out buy themselves! And I've been trying to figure it for years! I've had a handful of orders and I couldn't fulfill ANY of them because I just didn't know HOW, nor any assistance or something to show me! To all the people who ordered from me I deeply apologise🙏 trust me on God I WANTED to get rid of these books but couldnt for the life i of me! webuytextbooks is a web under false pretenses of convenient. It's not even allowing me to delete my profile. Just font bother with them!
