Terrible experience

I used this company to sell a phone 3 years ago. Website was efficient, office lady was tardy but responsive. Overall process was great. Fast forward to 2020: I decided to try and sell a device on the platform based on prior decent experience. I found the website more difficult to navigate, process wasn’t completed online so I took screenshots and forwarded to info@ mail address, requesting the courier docs required to complete the transaction. I have called the company and phoned more than 5 times. I managed to speak to someone who told me she’d seen my e-mail yesterday and that another lady (Kim) would contact me within the hour. Here we are another day later and I still haven’t been able to resolve a basic admin issue. I guess good delivery has evolved into empty promises since my last good experience 3 years ago.
