Pathetic service

Bad service. Owner (Duncan) of the store reached out on Market Place to purchase an iPhone from me for 7k. The owner asked for my number and a day later I received a message from someone in JHBG to come and view the phone, however I am based in CPT. I ask the guy what next, he said he can arrange for someone in CPT branch to contact me. I end up dropping the phone off myself. I dropped off my phone and was advised that the finance team will authorize payment, a few days go by and no feedback. When I call to find out they mentioned they would only pay 6K as the price of the phone has dropped. I was eventually told to fetch my phone at the Seapoint branch by Duncan or I should take him to court for breach of contract. This was a very unpleasant business experience, and an absolute waste of time. I could have sold the phone on my own instead my time, effort and money was wasted. Please tread cautiously.
