Disappointing

I'm very disappointed in this company.

Firstly, their T's and C's are completely focused on protecting them and their interests and have nothing to do with creating a fair agreement for clients - I mean, who in their right minds tells clients "yeah, we'll collect your device from you, but if the couriers we send mess up and the device gets lost, it's your problem". - I was hesitant about this, but I figured I would take the risk anyway.

Secondly, I had to wait almost three business days from when my phones were delivered to them before I received any feedback (apart from the couriers confirming delivery) because they use "independent assessors".

Thirdly, their prices are low, which I accepted because I thought at least I was getting an accurate up front offer (I was not). After receiving my devices, they dropped their total offer from 11k, down to 7k - a R4,000.00 decrease? For what you ask? Apparently, they had LCD burn (understandable - they did) and more wear and tear than the conditions they had on their site (not-understandable, that's taking a fat chance).

No thank you, from the image they portray through their T's and C's, through to the way they handled my purchase, I'm not impressed - I'll sell my devices elsewhere.

The one extra star on my rating is for Kate - she was quick with responses, and friendly.
