Bad experience

I entered a trade and was stopped out within 2 seconds. When queried it took them two weeks to respond. I am an experienced trader. My trade was well executed. Apparently the free bonus money they give cannot be used to cover open positions. Good platforms will usually prevent you from executing a trade if there is not sufficient funds and not terminate a trade within 2 seconds. This platform also forces stop and limit orders which gives them a cushion to terminate trades and use volatility as an excuse. I am not impressed with this platform. Rather use a well-established platform like IG markets, etc.
