Webtickets : Poor service and no response to refund requests

Absolutely DISMAL to deal with when requesting a refund! Goo Goo Dolls concert was cancelled in Durban on 28 March 2025, we duly requested our refund thereafter and have yet to receive a response. We have emailed Ava on *** numerous times with no response. Tried their whatsapp chat too, spoke to Cole and i quote "Please note we were told to provide customers with the email addresses above and they told us that they will advise customers accordingly".

Please advise how exactly you are looking into this query - I've had no request for details, ticket numbers? We paid our money to you in good faith and have been following up with Ava for 4 MONTHS and STILL not even the courtesy of a response to our emails. How is this service??
