We tickets website duplicating orders
<p>This is the second time web tickets has done something ***** and I am very hesitant to buy from them in future. The first time around I bought two tickets, but then when the event came, I could only find one. Luckily they were nice enough to let us both through. This time, I was trying to buy 4 tickets, but somehow I was charged for 8 tickets and now I'm stuck with four extra tickets. I tried calling them, they said they need to call open air and said they will let me know at the end if the day yesterday, but no reply. I feel like I've been cheated. </p>
Web tickets resolved my issue promptly and even knew my name when I called in based on my query. They were very professional and very helpful
