We had booked tickets to watch the Rocky Horror show at Theatre on the Bay on Sunday, 6th of September. Due to an incident beyond our control, we were unable to make it. After contacting Sabri at Webtickets refund division, and having our case escalated, Webtickets graciously rescheduled the tickets for us so that we got to watch an absolutely awesome show. In this day and age where companies are just concerned about the bottom line, it was an absolute pleasure to, firstly, deal with a real human being, and secondly, have a company that cares about the client. Thank you Sabri and Webtickets.
