Unreliable System During Peak Times

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Webtickets. I attempted to purchase the Black Friday special, but the system was not functioning properly at the time—likely due to high traffic. As a result, I was unable to secure the offer and ended up paying a higher price once the sale had ended.

I’ve used Webtickets many times before without any issues, so this was disappointing. I was also advised that the problem might have been my browser, but this wasn’t the case, as I was able to complete a purchase perfectly fine shortly after the sale period.

While I understand that technical issues can happen, it was frustrating to miss out on a promotion due to system failures. I hope Webtickets improves the stability of their platform during busy periods so that other customers don’t experience the same problem.
