Tickets refund

Last week I sended webtickets email for refund because I was not gonna be able to attend Malasa's event due to personal reasons..I wanted refund of 400. Good day, they have send this email even today m still waiting .the event has passed no refund.i am so angry I want my money and I hv send email they are ignoring me.i bought tickets from pnp
