Ticket query .
What a horrible experience.
I purchased tickets for the Jazz on the lake festival on the 25/07 online. I used ozow payment for an immediate payment . An amount of R711.40 was debited in my account however when it was time to retrieve the tickets , there was a system glitch.
A few minutes later , the system was working perfectly fine but to my surprise, the tickets remained " unpaid" although the money was gone.
An hour later I decide to cancel the tickets hoping that the money would go back to my account . 4 days later , after I have provided webticks with proof of payment and bank statements, they are still unable to provide me with any solutions.
I am very upset .

We have advised that due to you cancelling the transaction we have to wait for the funds to reflect in our account.
