sweet and sour

I recently received a R1000 gift voucher which I took to Pick 'n Pay Camps Bay. After much confusion and after processing the first one (this was split in R250's) the teller hit confusion mode and called the Supervisor who then told me I could not use them as they received too many **** vouchers and no longer accept them. . But this is not the best part :-) yes there is more. Not only did Sam and Rodney assist us so quickly but they were friendly and helpful and just gave me hope in Good customer service still existing in South Africa.
