Refunding tickets for a postponed musical event 2023

Webtickets was amazing in assisting me to get tickets refunded for a musci festival that was postponed and the new date was not convenient for us as we are going away for our wedding anniversary. Within 5 hours of me sending the first email to them confirming the refund - they were amazing, and kept me up to date every step of the way.
