POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

Good Greetings,

I would like to highlight the poor and disgusting service I have received from Webtickets and the organizers of the Mr X ALL BLACK ENTERTAINMENT SOWETO.

Initially I purchased 2(Two) tickets online, which was successful, upon my arrival at the event YOUR machine was unable to scan the barcodes. Then I was told a blunt lie “You can purchase tickets and then get a refund for the 2 tickets I purchased online” which due to YOUR machine not scanning the initial bar codes I had to buy them.

I have made 3 attempts to resolve the issue with Tino EXT 103 and unfortunately her incompetence has left me in the dark. I have been told that they cant refund me because they don’t have money, which I don’t see how is it my problem. Most of all im told they don’t have the organizers numbers they only spoke via email. SO WHAT SECURITY DO CONSUMERS HAVE BETWEEN THESE 2 PARTIES WITH THEIR FUNDS.

WEBTICKETS and the organizers of Mr X ALL BLACK ENTERTAINMENT has messed me around for 2 weeks and the service is poor, I would highly recommend that NO ONE ever trust their lies. WEBTICKETS AND Mr X BIRTHDAY ORGANIZERS ( XOLANI TRUTH and KHOTSO ) has developed the ability to lower a customer without feeling any remorse and I’m not going to take this lying down. I want my refund.
