Please improve the gift card experience!

Buying and sending gift cards is unnecessarily complicated and highly frustrating. When they send you the payment confirmation, there’s a link to “view your purchase via this secure link” - it does not work. When you go to your order history, it shows this as a voucher. When you go to “my vouchers” there is nothing. And on the purchase form there’s a To field and a From field and a Note field, and then none of those elements end up on the final digital card 🙁
